pURPOSE
To strengthen culture, foster belonging, and elevate team identity through internal branding and campaign assets that inform, engage, and celebrate employees. From employee resource groups to team recognition programs, each piece was crafted to build pride, spark participation, and reflect shared values.
APPROACH
Designed and delivered a suite of custom collateral—from event invitations and flyers to team logos and branded artwork—tailored to internal audiences and aligned with broader brand guidelines. Collaborated across departments to ensure messaging, visuals, and tone resonated with employees while reinforcing the organization's mission and culture. Developed a unique marketing team recognition program complete with merch, a visual identity, and celebration assets to amplify team impact.
