CHALLENGE
Drive greater employee adoption and usage of the LOC8 competitive intelligence reporting tool across a multi-state region, enhancing real-time data visibility and participation in strategic tracking.
Solution
As part of a broader competitive intelligence initiative I developed and led, I launched the LOC8 Incentive Campaign to support regional competitive strategy. The program featured branded visuals, streamlined messaging, and a weekly raffle—positioning LOC8 as a simple, all-in-one solution for employee reporting. By aligning engagement tactics with business goals, the campaign drove adoption, simplified usage, and encouraged consistent participation across teams.
IMPACT
LOC8 tool usage increased by 70%, significantly strengthening our regional competitive tracking framework. In recognition of its creativity and business impact, the campaign earned the Beltway Champion Club Award for employee engagement and intelligence enablement.
